Most Oahu yards have one. A mango or a lychee that stopped fruiting, got too tall to pick, and became something you walk past. The owners assume it is finished. It almost never is.

Fruit trees do not need to be hacked down. They need to be opened up for airflow and sun, and a technical pruning takes more than a cut around the edges.

The questions everybody asks

How do I get my card?

It is issued the moment you pay. The card number lands in your inbox straight away, and you can use it whenever you are ready.

When does it expire?

It does not. There is no expiration date and no fees of any kind, so the card is worth exactly $200 the day you buy it and exactly $200 in ten years. The promotional price expires. The card does not.

What can I use it on?

Tree care services. Pruning, structural work, feeding, soil and root work, pest and disease treatment, and health visits. It is not valid on nursery stock, plants or trees, Tree Care Pro plans, or standalone grafting.

How do I send one to a friend?

At checkout you choose who it is for. Pick Someone else and add their name, their email and a short note, and we deliver their card on the date you choose. Pick Myself and it comes to you to hand over in person.

Want more than one? Run through again with the same code. There is no limit on cards you send to other people. The one per household rule covers cards for your own trees.

Can I use two cards on one job?

No. One discounted card per invoice, per household. Buy as many as you like to send to other people. Cards bought at full value have no limit at all.

What if my job costs less than the card?

Whatever is left stays on the card for next time, though in practice there is rarely anything left. Tree care runs from about $250 to $300 a tree for a light prune and feed, up to $1,500 to $5,000 a tree for a full reset with structural pruning.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. At this price the card is already worth ten times what you paid, so we cannot take it back for cash. It is transferable, though, so it never has to go to waste.

Do you do tree removals?

Yes. We will do everything we can to save a tree first, but sometimes a removal is the right call. If we have advance notice we may also be able to preserve and propagate the genetics through our Legacy Program. Ask about it on the call.

Gift card face value is $200.00, redeemable toward tree care services from Sweet Trees Hawaii.
Promotional pricing is a limited-time offer and may be withdrawn at any time. The promotional offer expires. The gift card does not.
All sales are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be returned, cancelled, or exchanged for the purchase price or for the face value.
This gift card does not expire.
No fees of any kind apply. There is no activation, dormancy, inactivity, maintenance, reactivation, or replacement fee.
Valid toward tree care services only. Not redeemable for nursery stock, plants, trees, or any other product.
Not valid on Tree Care Pro service plans.

What two hundred dollars covers

Most of these cards end up on a mango

Mango, lychee, avocado, citrus. The trees already standing in Oahu yards, usually grafted, usually planted by somebody who moved away years ago, and left alone since.

What they need is rarely complicated. A canopy thinned so light reaches the middle again, because a mango that flowers every year and drops the whole crop is almost always too dense inside, not short of pollinators. Soil that holds water instead of shedding it. Structural pruning on a tree that got topped once and has been throwing water sprouts ever since.
